That night
Saturday, November 17, 20122:23 PM

Ok. Nad was right. I wasn't able to multi-tasking while driving. I ever so often thought that I was able to multi-task considering I once worked for couple of years in food and beverages industry. I guess that doesn't really proof anything.

For awhile there, things was a bit awkward between Yusha and Nad but from time to time, they got along pretty well. I was doing revision with Yusha earlier in the evening when, out of the blue, Nad texted me wanting to hang out. Since yusha and me planned to head down to Marina Barrage afterwards, I thought why not invite him along since its been months since we last hang out.

I didn't thought there would be tons of stars that night. I wish I would have remembered to bring along a mat so we could lay down on the grass and look up at the stars. No kites can be seen in the sky due to the raining season. I have always enjoy laying down on the grass looking at different types of kite flying with all sorts of colour lights, lighting up the dark sky.

We talk for hours not knowing it was past 3 in the morning and since I had to travel all the way to the east to send Yusha back, we quickly pack up.

It was a long drive back. I felt like I've been on the road for days. With Nad sleeping in the passenger seat, I blast the music hoping to keep me awake. I then decided to stop at a petrol kiosk to get drink for Nad so he could stay awake and accompany me. So much for telling me he wasn't tired. Sheezz . . .!
