i am proud of you for making this far and mj did a good job over promoting you. why? you are partner oriented, partners enjoy working with you, you put others ahead of yourself, you try every ways to help other. as much as i would miss working with you, miss having bitching sessions with you..


the first part of becoming a manager is always the hardest. trust me. i am still getting the hang of it. in any doubts, do approached me or mj.


..some may be unreasonable sometimes and always wants their way esp the newer ones. have limits and act accordingly. you'll go through all kind of shits on shift as there are no such thing as a perfect shift. but do remember that always, always stay calm and think of a solution or alternative. if not you can call mj to come down.


do let me know if mj bullies you or doesn't give you the off day you want, i'll kick his ass. he does listens to me, remember? :))

for a person to call you disgusting, really pissed me off. but just take it that she didn't had a great day and take it on you. if she keeps treating you that way, than she shouldn't have a friend like you. she doesn't see how great you are like i do. she doesn't know how to appreciate a great person like you as much as she doesn't know how to appreciate a great guy like him. these people takes advantage of something good infront of them til they are gone forever and by then, it will be too late. cheer up dear.
